Q: Do you accept returns?

A: No, we do not; unless the flaw is on our end. However, if you ordered the wrong size, we encourage you to give it to someone, and we will provide a discount code for your reorder. 

Q: How will I know if the size I order will fit?

A: All apparel comes with a size guide for reference. Also, feel free to contact support if you'd like extra help. 

Q: How should I care for my Found and Freed apparel?

A: Like with other garments, cold-washing with like colors is always preferred.
